Don't go specifically to 'sex dating' sites. I have friends at work who use OKCupid and plenty of fish to go on as many dates as they want with as many girls as they want. They both have tattoos, are into cars, and made intentionally asshole-sounding profiles with a crappy pic of their tatts and them in a cool car, and they've been having to sort through the women throwing themselves at them.
Now, this is just for dates, but they've managed to close the deal if they were interested on a very regular (90%+) basis--that's up to you, and your confidence level/game-spitting abilities, though. If you want a sure thing, you'll have to pay to play.
