Necrothread! Lol. I'm in the middle of my fifth month on this drug, just FYI, and I haven't killed anyone, my cholesterol is not astronomical, and I didn't develop any horrible digestive issues. As with any medicine, with super-highly concentrated doses of Vitamin A, you have to know and take care of your body the whole time. And take incredibly redundant quizzes about birth control, side effects, and deformed babies. they gotcha covered. Your doc also has to see you every month... and review side effects. Depression is a serious side effect, but personally I think having serious acne causes more depression and it does get worse in the beginning.
