How about Chris Mills "Keep the Corpse Beautiful" on his "Plays & Sings/Nobody's Favorite" album. (even the album art is depressing.)
A co-worker of mine brought the CD in, and there's even a warning on the damn packaging about how the music is specifically designed to bring you down! (I wanted to mention that last part more because I want to make it known that I don't make a practice of owning sad music. Life will get you down automatically; you don't need to give it any extra help, ferchrissakes!)
