I'm quite sure I partook in a viewing of, at the very least: a dozen films in the past month, with which can be attributed that very same one sentence descriptor, as provided by Strange Famous.
I like those sort of films.
And the opening premise that this has to be a feature of one's entire life - I've never heard of any sort of "epic" film like this that's actually succeeded, outside of some very rare, rare instances (Citizen Kane is the only title that's floated up in my mind). Snippets of childhood, marriage, death make sense, as well as prolonged periods of reflection.

If you'd like to know, the sort of film that I'd prefer to sum up some few abhorrent / fascinating moments of my short time on this plane of reality, well, it'd only be subjected to these following criterion (which will probably be ignored unless I assign myself as a producer): it'd be a short film. possibly inter-stitched with scenes of barely-noticed animation. it's not my choice, but the way it could be summarised would be as a tragedy. I'd like a final ending that offers some varying degree of hope/despair, based on any individual's personal level of inflection after enduring the vicarious viewing. and if it's possible, I'd like to "borrow" S_F's perfect little film tagline - it's a nice touch, and mostly true in all cases of stories not grounded in Hollywood-script-writing.
I have a fondness for borrowing others already established original titles.
Could I come back with a title to the film once I find it? I'd like to make it up this time.
