No maid, just a maids house or Casita. All the older homes here have servants quarters. Actually a lot of the newer home do as well.
I don't have a casita at my usual home but I have a maid come in twice a week. I could send you pictures of her but I don't think you'd be impressed. I hired her because she cleans the house very well not because she's easy on the eyes.
