What do I think?
This isn't worth spending time worrying over. There is nothing substantial happening here. She likely doesn't place the same value on the words "I love you" as you do. I recall once telling a male friend that I love him in passing once and it had an entirely different impact on him than I anticipated. I meant it more along the lines of "i love your sense of humor." He took it as "I want to be your exclusive special friend." The experience made me more careful with the phrase.
