Cant believe no Larry David or Malcolm Tucker. Also ought to include Gene Hunt
Is there a single character on the list who isnt from an American show or film (other than Gorrilaz I guess)?
And Not sure if the Hancock is Tony Hancock (which would make another non American)... I dont know anyone else, but that isnt in the last 20 years
