I like congee but I haven't really had a complete meal with it. I'm sure I will this summer when I'm in Thailand though. I'll let you know how it goes.
I <3 breakfast. The most important part is the coffee but after that I like:
- fried potatoes with lots of veggies and egg whites on top (favorite as of late, happy to post more info but it's kind of self explanatory)
- eggs Benedict (again with egg whites, yes I know there's yolk in the sauce)
- breakfast sandwiches with ham or bacon if I'm feeling frisky.
I love weekends now because it's the only two days I get to make a full breakfast. Usually by the time I finish there's no time for lunch!
