My favorite is a fat bagel from David's Bagels on Manhattan's East Side. Toasted well-done, with scallion cream cheese and a huge coffee. I dream about them, I love them so much. But because I don't want to be asleep by 10:30am and do not live in NY, I avoid them and stick to proteins. Second fav is scrambled eggs with ham and cooper sharp american. I order eggs "benny" so much, that we are on a nickname basis.
