Pork chile verde with eggs and a couple of tortillas is a great breakfast.

Coffee with cream.
Corncakes with heavy cream and sugar instead of syrup. Or real maple syrup. With sausage, ham, or bacon on the side. Milk to drink.
Steelcut oatmeal, either hot or cold, with cream and brown sugar. Berries instead of brown sugar sometimes. Coffee or hot chocolate. This is a great start if I plan a meatless day.

I got mine at a thrift store in Elkhart or South Bend Indiana. Great heavy old thing with a power cord with woven cloth insulation. So check out Goodwill and Salvation Army stores.
