S just perfected the cooking technique for some amazing Mariano's Fresh market jalapeno & cheddar and philly cheese steak sausages...
Shallow-lipped cookie sheet with garlic and Stingo beer poured underneath for 15 minutes on each side at 400*, then crisped on the Foreman for 2 minutes. My mouth is on fire and I am so happy right now.
