I've been with girls who haven't had kids yet, tightness was great, nonissue, I was able to get off, no problem.
Been with girls who've had kids, can't say the same for them, it either doesn't happen or it takes a lot of work. Can't say that for all of them, but most. Some are better than others, generally the more fit they are, it seems to be better.
Not sure if there's any correlation but thats my experience thus far.
