My favourite breakfast is cold (leftover) pad Thai. I like it better than eating it hot and fresh the night before. I don't know what it is. I just love it. I don't have a recipe because it's something we normally order.
I'm also one of those weird types who enjoy hot meals not normally associated with breakfast. However, I do enjoy eggs benedict, among other classic breakfast meals.
I've never had an Irish breakfast, but I think it would be a blast.
I like the idea of congee for breakfast, though I've never really explored that option.
