Milwaukee resident Terry Duncan got the surprise of his life when after cursing during a ride on a Milwaukee County bus, an undercover cop presented him with a $500 ticket for his behavior. Cops are apparently cracking down on unruly riders in the cheese state.
Duncan told reporters:
"I cursed, and it cost me $500. Are you serious? Where in America do you get charged $500 for two words? I said, 'What do I get this ticket for? What did I do wrong?' 'You were on the bus and using profane language. You were cursing on the bus.' I said, 'Cursing on the bus? Are you serious?'"

So the jist of it is, dude got a ticket for saying "fuck" and "shit" in the course of a normal conversation with his buddy on the bus, and a undercover cop who was on the bus gave him a disorderly conduct ticket for $500.
