Women send pics like that for plenty of reasons. Myself I send them when I'm feeling amorous, and looking good enough to eat. The intention is to 1.) let him know I'm thinking of him and want him 2.) Let him know I want him to have his way with me 3.) I like playing with him during the day. If I can't have him then at least I can work up to it for later.
