I will be making pineapple upside down cupcakes tomorrow, it's my dad's favorite. I usually make my dad a cake at Thanksgiving, but I didn't this year - so I'll be bringing the cakes to our family party tomorrow. He doesn't know I'm bringing them, I love surprises.
