any insomniacs?
i am having trouble sleeping, getting less than 2 hours a night.
i listen to my soothing music, and that's great until it's over because my body tells me that it's finished, i should be awake now.
also reading worked for me for a while, but again my body tells me that i'm meant to be doing something, so i wake up.
what do you guys do to help you sleep?
