Well you know me too im trying to buy the Xbox 360 (going to buy it) right now the xbox 360 used in gamestop is $99.99 so im totally gonna buy it n i know microsoft doesn't give u warranty if you buy a used or refurbished item but you can go to craigslist and look for somebody that fixes xbox 360s and they can fix it for 20-50 bucks it depends on what the problem is
