That's exactly what I was saying. "All people" are NOT insecure about their bodies. I now see the awkward wording, though. I should have said "Not all people are insecure about their bodies." guy44 was asserting that they were, not me.

A lesbian might still be doing it to increase her perceived sexual attractiveness. She would just be targeting her own gender instead of men.
