Lindy, respectfully, I have to call "bullshit". Not all people are obessed with appearance. Some are, though, and laying the responsibility for that on one half of the species is unfair. I'm sure that we can find a woman who identifies as 100% lesbian who had a purely cosmetic breast augmentation.
