Look at the thread title, guy44. Certainly not the wrong question in a thread about dick size. And "all people" are NOT insecure about their bodies. Not even close. Even less so as they get older. As far as why women are obsessed with breast size? It's because MEN are obsessed with breasts. Especially large ones.
