redwolf, ive had a look at your profile and it doesnt seem that you've loaded your avatar.
i think you're mixing up your profile pic with your avatar.
to set up your avatar, go to User CP which should be in the top left hand corner of your page. Then on the LHS there should be a lift of edit options. Go to Settings and Options. In there you'll see Edit avatar. You can load your avatar there.
