I loved the film as well, but it's been a while since I've seen it.
Was it called 'You, (&) Me, and Everyone We Know'?

nearly every scene in the film, if taken out of context, can be more or less termed outrageous and/or creepy. As a whole, though, it's a pretty unique film story about relationships, and how they can form from the most absurd of scenarios. (You need to be in touch with your eccentric side, though, to fully appreciate it.)
