Nope. I don't think so. All human beings are the same. In fact, I'll wager that in the last 800 million years or so, humans have been the only sentient species on earth.
Sentience is a very complicated combination of characteristics. There are animals that form social bonds and even grieve their dead (like some monkeys in Africa act irrationally when one of their own dies) but sentience also has to include the ability to very rapidly learn and increase an IQ through generations. Whereas (with specialized training) a monkey's highest IQ is comparable to that of an 8 year old at most.
Given that, a human being can not be transformed into anything else without sacrificing higher brain function. Humans entire physiology has been built to think.
