Jet, maybe the segmenting is more like dividing.
Somebody said "Divide and conquer", but I'm not sure who. But there was an episode titled "Divide and Conquer" in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. There was also an episode of Transformers called "Divide and Conquer", as well as an episode of Yu-Gi-Oh! Capsule Monsters called "Divide and Conquer".
