3rd Course: Crisp Fried Duck Won Ton Soup with oven roasted duck stock, scallions, carrots, fresh chilies, duck won ton, and duck confit. Beer: Einbock
4th Course: Pan Seared Chicken with grilled polenta, braised arugula, goat cheese, and marsala pan jus. Beer: Brown Ale
5th Course: Maker’s Mark Crème Brulee with cinnamon whipped cream and spiced pecans. Beer: Whiskey Bock
After dinner enjoy a Maker's Mark cigar and your choice of Maker’s 46 neat, Maker’s 46 Old Fashioned, or Kentucky Cool Cider.
