I thought the same thing, but the items are really random. Penis pills are obvious, but I'm not even close to overweight (two diet pill "subscriptions"), I've never smoked (an electronic cigarette was one item), and I don't shop online (some shopping club). I see no reason to use auto renew, since I would obviously take note of the usage and cancel the card.
