I prefer g-spot, probably *because* I masturbate clitorally so much. I don't give myself g-spot orgasms, I only get them during sex, or very rarely when someone is fingering me. I have a nice "complete" feeling afterwards that I don't have with a clitoral orgasm.
It took a few years of having sex before I found it. But once I did, I knew how to get off that way from then on, and it became more consistent with time.
The current theory is that pressure that stimulates the front-wall of the vagina hits the spongey tissue surrounding the urethra, the female equivalent of the prostate. This is why a g-spot orgasm feels like you might need to pee. Just relax and "bear down" if you feel that sensation, and just do what feels nice. You'll get it eventually, and once you do it will get easier with practice. I'm able to have up to 10-minute long g-spot orgasms now with the right stimulation.
