I'll throw a little actual experience into this conjectural thread.
My limited experience with about a half dozen Asian men/boys over nearly 20 years tends to confirm what I think the OP is saying, with one exception.

Could nutrition matter? I dated an ethnically Korean boy in college, and his tonsil tickler was definitely larger than average. But he was an adoptee as an infant and grew up on a ranch in Oklahoma. He was culturally as Anglo as you would expect, liked country music, rode horses, drove a pickup, etc. Who knows, maybe growing up on a diet with lots of beef and vegetables had a positive effect.
I don't think it's right to base expectations on stereotypes, but stereotypes probably don't grow out of a vacuum, either.
