If no one wants the death penalty one, I was just thinking of one recently than I personally am invested in, but would take either side. It's a two parter:

Resolved: The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) (a) does not meaningfully prevent terror plots against domestic and international flights and (b) grossly violates the rights of the citizens to be free from warantless search and seizure provided by the Fourth Amendment.
