Here's the thing: I think the fantasy of anal sex is what makes it awesome for most dudes. Taboo, novelty, rarity, dominance, etc.
The reality of anal sex is what stops some dudes from doing it again. Some guys realize they have the same hole. Oh snap!
Some girls are genuinely into it. All but one of the girls I've been with that liked it were capable of achieving orgasm from it.
