I'm not in charge of Thanksgiving this year, but I was wondering what other people were making. I'm expected to contribute "bread". I am going to do some cloverleaf rolls (made with milk-honey dough or potato dough, haven't decided which yet), and am looking at doing some other "bread"-like things for an appetizer, like these gougeres I spotted:

I'll probably also be contributing a dessert, but I'm having a tough time deciding between doing this apple cake
