I used to have one that was both a hairdryer and a roundbrush, with interchangeable heads for different brush types. Best hair investment I ever made. It's unfortunate I had to abandon it in the move.

Wonder what it was I tried that was blue and scrubby and menthol. Swore it was Clinique. This was like, 10 or more years ago though.

I had a blue sandy scrubby thing that felt mentholated. I just Googled it and found it was "Clean & Clear Blackhead Clearing Scrub." Which, granted, isn't anything like Clinique, but it meets your description. I'd link to it, but I can't post those yet. GETTING 15 POSTS IS HARD FOR ME NOW, APPARENTLY.
Anyway, I freakin' hated that stuff. It didn't lather at all and it felt like it left a nasty residue behind. I had to combine it with functionally foamy facial cleanser to get it to rinse off.
