MyLock is a must for anyone with a Droid who suffers through their touchscreen coming on during calls and accidentally dialing/opening apps, etc.
Robo Defense is probably the best Android game out so far, even now.
PDANet is the best tethering app out there. It lets you use your phone internet connection for a computer for free.
