Do you live in America? If so, this shouldn't amaze you. It's how Americans are. They like personal space. You can see it in their cars, their homes, and how they walk down the street. It's a cultural thing and has little to do with sex/gender. I work with African men all day. They have no problems flopping on each other, standing crotch-to-ass in lines and occasionally they are seen holding hands as they talk. They're cool with it. It's a cultural norm.

It has way less to do with sexuality than it does personal space. Let's say I'm racked out in an army tent on the ground with a dozen other dudes. I don't want a leg over top of mine, I don't want an arm on my chest. Gimmie my damn space. See my first paragraph for background on this behavior.

MC Hammer couldn't touch this glitter-encrusted hyperbole.

One way is to be gay in america and to face ritualistic insults on a daily basis for being the man you are.

Too legit. Too legit to quit.

Actually, a gay man wouldn't be a gay man if he regularly engages in sexual activities with women. Current social nomenclature for sexually omnivorous people is based on these things. We, society, call people who do both, flip-flop between the two sexes or can't make up their mind "bisexual." You can claim that titles are bullshit all you want but they're necessary for identifying and protecting special classes as seen in various equal rights laws. If everybody is equal on paper, you can't say X did something to Y. And if anybody is making sexual preference identification titles a problem these days, it's every little group out there trying to make themselves unique because of how sensitive they are and what type of things they do in the bedroom.
I'm sorry you can't get married yet. I'm sorry you can't get benefits yet. Keep pushing the system.
Until things change? Get your damn sequined strap-on dildo thong out of my sight, fruitcake.
Honestly, I don't care who you're banging with what; just pay your fucking taxes.
