In-ear buds are the best for me. I tried out some called Marshmallow (can't remember the maker) and I loved them, so I immediately bought a couple more in case I broke one. They stay in my ear and don't fall out, are comfortable, and they block out most noise. The only problem is that ear wax gets stuck in them if you don't clean it out every so often.
