and maybe to some people, that is it. But i'm sure that some people on here will remember other posts of mine where i've railed against government interference about things that aren't related to just guns. In some sense, the judicial activism remark is correct, where opinions handed down that people don't like but are still within the constitution. Then there's absolute judicial tyranny, where rulings so blatantly against the constitution, are still considered just 'activism', generally by those who don't care about absolutism or the constitution as it was written and would rather see society pushed towards something more along their line of sight.
anyway, this article will look good and sound funny to those who still need to maintain that Libertarians are extreme right radicals, so enjoy it.
