Who here really believes this whole study was premeditate? I see all the signs of a drunken conversation leading to the idea of this PP. You are all giving this girl WAYYYYYY to much credit for this.
The drunken conversation probably went something like this...
(After many drinks) "You know, these freshman girls don't know SHIT about what it is to PAR-TY! (Insert high pitched female cheers)"
"Yeah, they need people like US to show them... like the way and stuff."
"You are TOTALLY right _____, we could like, teach them stuff. Like a class."
"HAHA that's totally AWESOME _____, we could have class notes and like powerpoints!"
"That's a fucking AWESOME idea, we are SOOOOOO smart."
Then the idea of the fuck list powerpoint was born. I mean, she went to college at DUKE, she couldn't have been THAT smart.

The only guys that cared about this list are those that 1) Sucked in bed which would hurt their reputation to bang other drunken chicks and 2) those who wanted to go into politics (which would be none).
