What is the 'standard' size of condoms?

of their many kinds, and I have asked the pharamacist too as well that they're all standard sizes BUT WHAT IS THE STANDARD SIZE??? IM ONLY arOUND 4 cm in length.
Preferably one with spermicide because more safer. I definitely want to go for the safest one.

Snugger fit I think it is. BUT there are so limited brands that are snugger fits.
