for the cd itself, there's a technology call LightScribe that draws on the disc, or you can buy cd label makers, but keep in mind both cost materials to make them happen.

newegg.com has a good selection and return policy. meritline.com is kind of bargain basement which can be great but it can take a couple weeks to ship to you.
