Really? 3-5 interviews?
All that'll do is cause me not to work with the company. If I was already employed that'd just mean eating through my paid time offs, and royally piss off my current manager (better get that damn job after that many interviews). If I was unemployed I'd just be pissed as that means a month and a half I'm still unemployed because this damn company is too scared to make a move.
Unless you're picking a Regional Manager who's in charge of multiple states or higher... 2 interviews are plenty.
