Yeah, we live in Hop Paradise, so the next batch is going to be brewed with fresh hops gathered from friends and family. My in-laws have a bunch of Cascade growing at their place, which is great.
And that IPA sounds fantastic, PsychoDad. I pretty much love drinking anything with Centennial and Cascade in combination, and I do like Citra a lot too.
Our IPA is getting racked into the secondary today.
