Dox is a typical internet language corruption of "documents", doxxing is basically building as full a dossier on someone as possible on the internet. Sometimes it goes as far as finding their address, like with the assholes that keep trying to hurt animals, othertimes it stops at a facebook or verified identity of some kind.
