Circulate a few photos online, the odd "fuzzy" video and a few of those ghost voice recordings (that I can NEVER make out) and you'd make a killing.
There is an old mansion a few towns over from me called Carnton Mansion (in Franklin, TN) its was were all the wounded and dead soldiers were brought after the second battle of Franklin during the Civil War its both creepy as fuck and supposedly haunted as all get out (there are still blood stains on the hard wood floors were it...well pooled under the piles of bodies). Anyway I took a tour of it because I'm a bit of a Civil War buff and the tour guide explained to me that the VAST majority of people who come to see it these days are more interested in seeing a ghost then actually learning about the history of the building...which is kind of sad I guess but my god there sure seems like a market for scaring the crap out of people with a haunted house.
