Ebay for specific parts, but use monoprice for the usb cords themselves. For example my new phone uses a samsung wall wart which a regular usb->micro-B cord plugs into. I'd need to get the proprietary wall wart off of ebay but the cord is a buck at monoprice for a many-feet-long one.
