Not very interesting (to me) as when I encountered it, it was pre-supposed to be a viral ad for The Slingshot(tm).

My estimation, pre-supposing this is a real occurrence (which is what I usually do anyway):
gravity + friction + adrenaline + hoistered groin (female-specific; might be tremendously uncomfortable for guys) = a good time.
Weirder things have happened; exhiliration can come from sneezing, or in my case, very light foot-sole-caressing (it's quite nice).
