Two predictions that maybe no one else has made yet (formally stated):
I expect the Redskins' defense to return to top-ten form again this season.
(tidbit of trivia: just learned that in the past decade, there were only two or three instances in which, by year's end, the 'Skins defense was not ranked overall in the top ten of all teams in the NFL; last year was the aberration from the norm, I believe.)
I also expect that the Detriot Lions' offense is poised to fly this year.
Defense, on the other hand, will be of no help to their ascending "shoot-out" mentality, but that, too, might also force for more points to be gained via the offense.
(Last one: I'm glad I didn't have to invest an hour into re-starting this thread from last year.)
