So long as we're talking old Mariah Carey, I completely agree. Mariah Carey at present, however, is but a shadow of her former self.
Out of those listed, I voted for Fiona Apple and Tori Amos (that's what you get for putting checkboxes instead of radio buttons

Fiona because, vocally, she's a better singer, and Tori because, overall, she's a better, more impacting musician. (Not to take away from Fiona AT ALL though, because she's an excellent and powerful musician as well.)
Can't say I'm not surprised Bjork is doing so well though...I can't stand her.
