The 2006 Cobalt SS (supercharged) gets around 205 hp.
The 2006 Civic SI gets around 197 hp.

A buddy of mine in college had one of the sportier civics (with some iteration of the vtec) and was pretty peppy. Impressive for what it was, it's a shame he wasn't particularly good at driving it.
