CHOCOLATE CAKE (from AYASHE)
THIS IS SENSATIONAL
I got a laugh from my wife as I came into the kitchen with this....in all of 3 minutes, I got the last laugh as the cake was GREAT...A little whipped
cream and instant desert anytime...
MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CAKE
* 2 tablespoons Flour
* 3 tablespoons Sugar
* 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa
* 1 large egg
* 2 tablespoons Milk
* 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
* 2 tablespoons Chocolate Chips
* Small splash of Vanilla Extract
* Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well.
* Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
* Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
* Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract and mix again.
* Put the mug in the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes.
* The cake may rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed!
* Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
I have another recipe for microwave cake around somewhere. The nice thing about making something like this is that you don't end up with a huge cake leftover and not enough people to eat it, too much temptation. Making only one serving eliminates that problem. Plus, it is kind of fun for kids if any are around.
